Book improvements and further developments

All images from stickers have been thresholded, all the writing has been bitmapped (apart from the front and back cover as that has already been thresholded) and the poems are larger for improved readability, as well as the words from the stickers being darker. The images of the stickers on the last two pages have been bitmapped and the map has been removed. The introductory page has the print of the sticker design over the first page instead of the multiple stickers in order to be screen printed effectively. Once the blue and yellow has been separated, each page will be able to be printed.
