Layout & tip ins

To improve the design of the layout of the book, any of the pages that have content that fills the page is taken out to be but in as tip ins. This is because the layout of the pages are regimented up until the last couple, which disrupts the experience of the book. By making them tip-ins instead, they will be divided throughout the book and separate from the main layout. This also allows different paper stocks to be used, again without disrupting the main layout of the book.

These first tests have content on both sides, and where planned to be printed onto silver paper so that on side is mirrored. However when this was tested, the printer would not print onto the selected paper. For this design to be effective this would need to work.

Instead of printing onto both sides, a design is made to print onto one side and then duplexed onto mirrored paper. This has roved to be effective and will be used for the final book.
